Don’t trust them with your vehicle. I worked out of town and would call in every other day with an update. They had me with one lie after another for 2 months saying they were changing this, they were changing that. And when I was finally able to come take a look at my vehicle, it had flat tires and so much dust inside from not being touched in such a while! It was an older model vehicle, If they weren’t able to fix it, they could of been honest and just told me that instead of stringing me along for months. This place is all about WHO you know and that dictates HOW you get serviced. Save yourself the grief and just head to the FORD in Windsor!
