I agree, I love this store, and I never leave empty handed. But they definitely need a better system as far as sorting their clothes go.

When there was one, it was never answered anyways- as most companies are trying to become more electronic, and another way to try to get you to physically go in.

They have transformed the thrift concept to a business model to make a huge profit at the expense of the low income general population. The new store management are now competing with area brick and mortar stores and other mom's and pop's operations. Salvation Army is no longer a thrift store but a department store with much higher prices.

My wife works there and all you have to do is call them and tell them a brief description of what you have and they will schedule you a pick possible depending on location and available labor.

Anytime. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. Drop off on side of the Building.

You will call the store to get someone to decide if they want what you have pick it up.
