I appreciate people who show up for work, just wish they weren't so tired when they get there. It comes out when you are dealing with people.

I ordered 2 drinks on the app. When I got to the drive thru, the girl said that online order could only be picked up inside. There were no signs at the drive thru saying this and if true, why was I able to choose drive thru on the app. I was unable to go inside and the girl got an attitude about it when I told her I couldn't. She told me to pull up, but forgot to turn off her headset and I heard her say, "I don't see why she can't..". I left because I'm not accepting food from someone who is obviously upset with me. This isn't the first time I've had problems there, but it's definitely the last.

I can’t believe how bad this one is. They misplaced my order so I waited an hour and my order was still missing an item. I fully disassociated while waiting in that godforsaken place.

Even though they seemed understaffed the food and service was quick, everyone was polite/cheerful and the food was fantastic. Got some good crew members working there today!
