Call for service….appointment 7 weeks later. Telephone calls. ….. terrible Technical help…I have an RX350. I call for assistance…and I was told Toby a new car. UNACCEPTABLE

Not the kind of service we expected. I get better service from my Ford dealer. We pulled up in the service lane for a minor tire sensor warning that comes and goes and a text messaging setting. There were only two other cars in the lanes. Got out of the car expecting someone to come over to speak with us, but waited for twenty minutes. Finally went to one of the service desks and barely got any assistance then. Was sent to the parts desk for the text issue. After the parts desk sent us back to service, a technician on hand was very thorough and narrowed it down to an intermittent sensor and walked my wife through the correct text settings. The technician and was the only redeeming part of whole visit.

I brought my 2005 Lexus ES330 here to diagnose an issue with starting and dying out a couple times. They left me without a car all weekend even though they said they’d get to it next day, they didn’t actually diagnose the problem I brought the car in for, they then told me it needed a 4,000 dollar exhaust system and I had a leak coming from my brand new caliper that was installed so I said I’d look at it. They said okay and let me pick the car up knowing the brakes were not working properly. So I pick it up and had my wife drive it and before she even pulled out of their garage she almost couldn’t stop the car because the geniuses over there couldn’t quickly bleed the brake system to get the air out for us. So here we are at 6:30 at night with everyone in the dealership watching me and my wife jacking the car up in their parking lot and removing the wheel and bleeding the brakes with the couple of tools I luckily had in the trunk. I went in and talked to the service manager and he just brushed it off like it was nothing. Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced and I will never bring my car back there again. All because I wasn’t there to buy a brand new car
