I started at 360 Healthcare over 2 years ago. Bad back, bad knees and a list of other ailments and Arthritis. 2 years later I’m golfing, walking and enjoying life without expensive surgery’s or Meds. Compliance is the key to all health care and this team works to provide long term solutions not quick fixes. I am a firm believer in The approach 360 uses to treat the clients and highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a solution not a quick fix. Dr. Rummell and Dr.Dong and staff are excellent!

I went in for an acupuncture treatment for a sore shoulder, they said the licensed person is booked but the non-licensed practitioner is available but I have to self pay. They give me a range to be billed for service to be decided later. I talked for a couple minutes to the acupuncturist and she said it may help, it may not. I said lets try I also opted for the suction cup treatment ($10). After the needles were set she left the room never to be seen again. Later the suction cup girl comes in removes needles and puts cups on my Back not even asking were the pain was (on the Front side). When complete telling me the service were done and go to front desk. Turns out the non-licensed practitioner charged me a premium consulting fee $100 (what consultation) plus services and ending up costing me Twice as much as other providers. The pain was worse after treatment. I feel I was just a wallet to be emptied. There was no care or interest in my personal care. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY JUST WANT YOUR CASH.

This place is a JOOOOOOOKE. Took thousands of $ from me to "try and find out" what was wrong w me but never did. I HAD A BLOWN DISC!!!!! How they didn't get that is beyond me. Just bled me dry money wise. AVOID

After 3 months. I now understand why Dr. Dong is called “The Miracle Worker”. I’ve been able to experience mind/body/soul healing. Forever grateful for Gods angels/workers on earth. ❤️🙏🏽
