Unprofessional only words I have to describe their business. No wonder no one rents from them and all other reviews are poor. Receptionist is rude, really bad attitude, hung up during a call inquiring about a property and couldn’t answer any questions. If just making an inquiry is that bad I can’t imagine what renting from them would be like. Run in the opposite direction and rent elsewhere if possible.

Well you think they are good people til they find a blind spot. So yes I was wrong on my behalf on leaving nice stuff in the house when I moved. But I also left a note saying I was lying it forward because someone who needed it. Anyways. They make over way more money but going to send a few hundred dollars to the collection. I was always on time. Always kept communication opened with them. But yeah. They are good people just be careful with them and watchful.

You never answer the phone how can you find out about properties if you don't return calls or answer phone.

Any questions regarding properties that are available can be found on our website: www.jdpropertiesplus.com. There you can find out the # of bedrooms and the # of bathrooms, monthly rent rate, our online application and what our application qualifications are.

How can u show a place when no one answers u back on a property that u want to go look at. And u can't reach them by phone either. So what's a person suppose to do. But it's ok I'll just look somewhere else.

Once an application has been reviewed and is approved according to our qualifications for we then show property.

Anyone else wait 3 weeks for approval? I can't leave a review or I would. When people need to move it's usually because thier lease is expired and they have a time limit. Is this even a real company?

Yes if we can't get answers from your current or previous landlord and they're not returning our calls or we don't have the appropriate paperwork from you like the proof of income.

So I've called 4 time's in a row. Straight to voicemail? Why? It's 4:43.

Ended up calling 8 times. I'm calling about a co sign for some one. If i have to i will evict them from where they live now. NOT my first choice but what do I do if you won't answer your phone. Tried texting too!
