We got great, friendly service at this Hertz rental desk in the small, convenient Coastal New Bern airport. We even got an automatic upgrade at no charge. Our rental representative was kind, helpful, and efficient and gave some great recommendations for places to visit nearby.

Yes, unless you are flying in and out at the beginning/end of the rental. If you neet those conditions, you may use a debit card. In either case, you can use a debit card to pay at the end of the rental.l
