Dr. Goodson is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, dismissive, after he told me my son couldn’t benefit any longer from his braces he refers me to somewhere in Chapel Hill for a surgery consultation I never could get a appointment after I called his office on serval occasions to advise them of such and never could get any help. I did some research on the surgery he was suggesting and decided that we would opt out of that route anyway and made a appointment to get his braces off, I asked a question on why the form they had me to sign said I was requesting to have them off prematurely he gets loud and rude and says because I want them off and I stated you told me he doesn’t need them anymore that they won’t give them any more correction he stood up and went out his office and yelled get his braces off and get him out of here, he wouldn’t even have him fitted for retainer. I will choose to handle this matter formally!!!

at first i was happy to get my teeth fixed but after i was going through some things in my teenage life where i couldn't miss out on work to go to a apt they told me i couldn't come back AFTER I PAID FULL OUT FOR MY BRACES SO NOW I HAVE TO SUFFER EVERY DAY MY TEETH IS FALLING OUT BAD i keep calling begging them to take it out they always have sombody rude on the phone and the answer is oh let me as they ask and mr godson always say no. its just not right i should not have to suffer at all this pain caused me a accident teeth hurting so bad i cant help but to cry and have bad head aches so i will be Sueing as soon as i get a chance this just does not make any since i cannot bare this any longer.
