Staff aren’t friendly, make up none sense rules, and argue with each other. They get paid to much to be acting foolish like that, and treating soldiers and their families like garbage because they don’t like their job.

Employee named my box wrong and now i wasn’t able to receive my package. All the package i was supposed to receive was all sent back. 👎🏼

Terrible services. Don’t use this service. Your Amazon prime is a waste at this place. They been holding on to my package for an entire week. Everytime I’ve went to the desk and asked about it. Oh come back tomorrow after lunch. And it repeats from there. Trash service.. Glad I’m getting away from here soon!

Passport office is terrible. Website says walk-ins available but when we showed up they said they don’t do walk-ins due to COVID. Mind you no one was waiting to be served. Made an appointment three weeks out which was later cancelled by passport agent. No customer service at all said we had to be bumped to make up for other appointments. Ended up having to make appointment in Fayetteville and paying to have to expedite passports for a family of 4. Passport agent seems to be doing the bare minimum to have a job. The office needs to be audited and overhauled.
