I have a hybrid car (Prius), and a Toyota dealer in Charlottesville diagnosed the problem as a bad inverter and said it was not covered by any Toyota warranties. They would charge over $3500 to replace the inverter. I declined to have them repair it, and I took the car to Mac's Auto Center. In a very short time, Mac's confirmed the bad inverter diagnosis, and said it could be replaced with a rebuilt one for about $1000. I said I would think about it and let them know. Within just a few minutes, Mac's called me back and said they had done some research on my behalf, and they said that our car was indeed covered by Toyota for the failed inverter. For me, that meant a free repair...for Mac's it meant the loss of a $1000 repair opportunity. To me, this was the perfect confirmation of Mac's high integrity level and dedication to customer service, which I had already believed was true. From this point on, I plan to have Mac's do all the significant service on my vehicles. I could not recommend a better company.

I was having an issue with my 2016 F250 diesel 4x4 and after speaking with the ford dealership since they had repaired the issue previously I was not feeling confident and was not wanting to return to them I received a recommendation from a family member to reach out to Macs Auto Center based on his pervious repairs to his vehicle performed by them. After speaking to Mac (owner) I felt so confident after our conversation I had my vehicle towed 60 miles out of pocket to his facility. I am so glad I did not only did he diagnose and repair the issue it was so reasonably priced I was able to have other upcoming maintenance repairs done while it was there. They also were the first ones to alignment my truck and have the steering wheel straight afterwards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

Jason lewis was the technician that had my car and he did a great job! He kept in contact with me giving updates and even checked in with me a few days after I picked up my vehicle to see how the car was running and asked if i needed anything I would definitely recommend macs and Jason
