Food was amazing, but unfortunately the services it was very poor, they only have one person to help and you need to wait to long in my experience I received my food and wait for 5 minutes to get my utensils and when I asked for some items in the menu the waiters was this is not available this take to long to cook, they should include that information in that menu that some plates takes over 50 minutes to cook But to come back unfortunately not a good experience my recommendation eat something before you arrived service is very poor but food was good even if I wait too long but it’s ok

The food was fantastic and the server was very nice and polite! I got the Mi Balcon Tripleta Sandwich along with a side order of Sweet Plantains my girlfriend ordered the Tostones. We shared the dishes. I am a guy who often eats until I’m stuffed and the sandwich alone was not only bigger than I expected but was more than enough to make me full. The Tostones were great we got the Tripleta I liked the Shrimp ones the Steak and Chicken ones were also delicious! 5/5 for me if you’re looking for great food that will fill you up this is the place for you!

Had a fantastic dinner at the Desde Mi Balcon. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had excellent service. We tried ceviche, the Desde mi Balcon sandwich, pechuga Al ajillo sweet plantains, red beans and rice, and cube steak. Everything was delicious. We will be back soon.
