I've been dealing with pain in my lower back, knees and hips for quite awhile and nothing seemed to work long term. I've seen The Good Feet Store commercial for years but was skeptical! Finally, I decided to at least go in for a consultation and it was definitely worth it. Minutes after trying the inserts, I could feel the difference in my stance and had no pain or tightness in my lower back and my knees didn't hurt. This was the best decision I could have ever made!!

I visited the Good Feet store in Murfreesboro today to get a consultation about the cost for some shoe inserts for my chronic foot pain as an alternative to going to a Podiatrist. There was only one Salesman (didn’t get his name). I advised him I am diabetic but I don’t have neuropathy in my feet and I do have high arches and my foot pain is basically from the middle of my foot to my toes with lower back pain after being on my feet for awhile. He said well let’s measure your feet to get an accurate fitting but I advised him I’d like to know the cost for the inserts/arch supports, $1300-$2500 !! I said my son brought my grandson to get inserts for his sneakers since he’s an athlete and they didn’t cost that much. He said he probably paid kid prices. I told him my grandson wears a men’s size 12 shoe and surely that’s not a kids price. He didn’t respond. I was truly disappointed and wasted a trip to Murfreesboro for nothing. I read reviews before I went and saw only one negative reviews. I’m a Senior Citizen on a fixed income so that’s not the store for me. I’ll come out better going to my Podiatrist paying $30 copay !!

Selena was my customer service rep at the good feet store she explained the whole process to me I love my new arch supports while my feet are still adjusting I can already tell a difference in my feet especially walking on concrete all day. Anyway, great job Selena.
