I’m trying to locate my brother that may be a patient there. He was discharged from Southern Hills and now I don’t know where he is. It’s been over 24 hours and no one will return my call. This should not be a medical facility, there is no one concerned at all and will not help. I am the only person my brother has and he has severe mental issues.

One of the worst hospital in Nashville. Sending your multiple bills with stupid charges. They just want to make the money and and their customer services is awful. I wonder why they’ve such a bad reviews.

My relative recieved ZERO treatment. It was full of roaches the size of a shoe. Patients were left unsupervised/unmonitored for overly extended periods of time. The staff was comprised primarily of students and techs. The staff openly trash talked the patients, used profanity and had vulgar personal discussions in front of everyone. Horrific.
