I have been happily living in Fircrest Mobile Home Park for over 8 years. It is a lovely park with wonderful amenities for seniors. I can't think of a better community for retirement. Our newest manager is wonderful, fun and extremely good at communicating. We recently had a big street resurfacing project here and our manager was so well organized and thoughtful. This turned out to be painless, quick and actually fun. We all knew what to do. Plus the park is looking better than ever with lovely gardens, plants, a beautiful clean sparkling pool and a community rec room. We are close enough to town to walk. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here. Especially with our new manager who we trust and have confidence in.

I've lived here for 5 years. All owner--occupied, no absentee landlords, so homes and exteriors are well kept. Mature trees, and backs on Greenway so pleasant environment. Managers on site also live here and available any time. Friendly community.

The park is open to manufactured homes, but there are no vacant lots at this time. This is a senior park only and residents must be 55 years old. Units are sometimes for sale, and owners may replace a unit with a new home
