Judge Calloway does not allow fathers to parent there children. In my case the mother is in contempt of 2 visitation orders she didn't comply with. Now my visitation has been suspended by a G.A.L without any notice. I am getting punishment while the mom gets off with contempt. Just sad how obviously bias there are and proud to promote fatherless kids.

Very poorly managed the staff is very very poor they have no humanity they make to many errors on cases and still hold you liable for their actions they break more families on error than actually trying to help please seek new staff how are yall a family court but tear families apart daily? I hope with all the mishandled cases that yall job is tooken and families compensated for emotional distress that yall cause due to poor work ethic and before they give a excuse of covid yall were still removing children from homes an placing them in far more worse homes than they come from very poor management and very poor teams please re elect a nee guardian of litem very stereotypical woman and does a very poor job on her decision making . News channel 5 need to investigate several cases‼️‼️

Had a small chat with Officer B. Doss about a concern I have with my son and he really helped, he took the time out of his day when no one else would even listen to my concerns and confirmed my suspicion I have with my son. Thanks again

You have from 8am till the clerk office closed about 4pm
Don't go without an attorney is my suggestion. Contact Legal Aide or DA office for support. Protect your child as well
Contact the court clerk.
File a petition at Juvenile court for joint custody. Bring the grandmother with you to file together. You will get a court date and a case opened for someone to get everything going for your case. Ask for a child attorney called a guardian and litem since a petition will be filed. The attorney appointed to the child will handle the legal stuff for the child
