In short i paid for a mattress was told there was a warranty, told it was out of stock and given a upgrade. It was a down grade, then the owner yelled at me and played childish phone games for a hour, hanging up, no answer, answer pick up and hang up, hold and kept saying hold. Then when i yelled no the owner yelled at me and said i didn't know how much my original mattress cost and didnt believe the floor sales words to me that their was a warrenty and he knew i could not have a cooling mattress.

Bought there best of the best living room set. Came broke, had to come back twice. 6 months later the couch broke. Bought extended warranty. Couldn't get them to fix. The guy came out but didn't have all the parts. Still waiting! The won't return calls or email. Came to store. What a nightmare!

My mother and son have both purchased recliners here in the past and they have held up well and got great prices on them, so this was the first place I went to find my sectional. I had a picture of the sectional I wanted in my head, walked into the store and there it was. I told Ed this was the one and he made me a great deal on it along with an ottoman that I found to go with it. It was delivered within a few days of purchase and we are so pleased with it! If you want a great deal and an owner who makes sure you are satisfied when you walk out the door, go see them! I would also like to thank the delivery guys. It was a tight squeeze getting one part through our front door and it was so hot that day, but they worked it through and were super nice and professional! The whole staff there are awesome people!
