Unfortunately, this place has the worst staff, at least the Hispanic people who work there, the treatment of other people of the same origin is terrible, they treat one as a Hispanic with discrimination, that was the treatment I received. What a shame being of the same origin as them Latinas.

If u live in rutherford county u can get your plates here. There is a emissions place next door if you live in a county that requires emissions testing. You can get testing done at any facility and it's good for any county in the state. Also u can get your star license at the kiosk inside the clerks office if u have a valid TN state drivers license and just need the star.

Some people don't really know what the DMV or RCCO (Rutherford county clerk office) do and then you have the PO (Post Office) as well.
All in all government buildings are sometimes complicated.
P.s. I think you can request a loan/proof or something along those lines but I don't remember at which 1.
P.s.s. I don't really know if you can because I only know banks.

You can update your DL. (I would suggest that you go to the smyrna DMV it is better and quicker)
Not a hundred % sure you can add your veteran service on your DL.
You will have to go to Rutherford County Clerk's Office to see if you can get a veterans license plate.

No this location is for car tags and they have a kiosk for renewals but you'll have to go to Murfreesboro or Antioch for a new one. Those are the closet locations to Smyrna.

If you have the appropriate paperwork and forms of ID you could order it there, but the new passport won't come in for a month or two. Look online to find the forms necessary for a lost or stolen passport.

Yes you can. I did this in sept. and it gave me a print out that was my valid ID until I received my plastic one in the mail. It only takes credit/debit cards.

No. You have to go to Nashville to get your license reinstated if it was suspended. Now if it has just been expired for a long time then I am not sure....
