My experience with Visiting Angels was very good. I only used it three times due to my husband's declining health, but I was very impressed with Lisa and Angel, my primary contacts. The caregivers were kind and helpful. I would give Visiting Angels 5 stars except for the fact they struggle (like so many businesses) in having all of their employees vaccinated against COVID. However, they DO inform you if they are unable to send a vaccinated caregiver and give you the option to decide how to proceed.

I’ve had an amazing experience so far with this company. Many other companies I have worked for seem not to care about there employees. At visiting angles if you have a problem or a question you make one phone call and it will be solved and answered. There all super profession as well as great people to talk to. I would recommend anyone that is looking into being a caregiver to visiting angles!
