J.B. Dillon is a brand they carry as well as Masterson Boot Company. Hopefully that helps. I have a pair of JB Dillon and they are great boots.

Hopefully you used a credit credit/debit card you can request a copy of transaction, maybe if you are up sizing are are trading for different pair equal in value and you've not worn and have original packaging they could possibly work with you
Hi Daniel. A boot should NOT be tight in the toe area. You should have room to wiggle and move your toes inside the boot. While a boot will stretch and mold to your foot, the toe has a reinforced toe box, so this area will not stretch. A boot should also fit snug across the instep of your foot, and your heel should lift up slightly inside the boot as you walk.

When we were in December they had boots from a baby to size 22 and they had the sale going on which they may still have it going on you buy 1 pair and get 2 pair free and they got nice boots!!!!!!!

We have a 90 day exchange policy for any unworn boots. We do not carry work boots at this particular location. However, our store Boot Factory Outlet in the Opry Mills Mall does. They would be happy to exchange the boots for you.
With the Buy 1 Pair, Get Two Pair Free offer the boots can be any three pair you like. The boots do not have to be all for the same person. You can mix and match men's, women's, children's, any style and any size. You pay for the highest priced pair, and the other two pair are free.
