Aspen Dental-Medina was the quickest place to get me in for a tooth ache. Everything from the moment I called until the moment I walked out went very smoothly. Staff is very friendly and polite! I highly recommend using them!

The woman that works at the front desk is terrible. Beyond rude. I’m not sure how she still has a job there! She was training a red head young lady and was mean to her. She was rude to not only me but two other patients there. Her entire demeanor spews misery. I understand that people have good and bad days but if you can’t remain professional as a front desk receptionist, you should should work somewhere that you don’t have to deal with the public. The doctor wasn’t much help. The Nurse was nice. The red head receptionist was very nice. I wouldn’t go here.

I recently started coming to Aspen because my other dentist office wasn’t that great. This office is the best one I’ve ever been too, the staff is absolutely amazing. They’re so nice and made my visit go really smooth. They explained everything that was going on before, during, and after my procedure; so I had no questions and never felt like I wasn’t getting the information I needed. Definitely my permanent office!!!

This is a very pleasant establishment. I'm greeted & checked in promptly, with minimal waiting time. I witnessed them taking great care with all who walked in (whether they had an appointment or not). Visiting a dentist can bring anxiety & their staff make every effort to ease that feeling. The hygienist & dentist are very thorough & make sure you thoroughly understand what is needed. Checking out is very accommodating. I highly recommend this group.
