I’ve lived here two years. I would live anywhere that Alex manages. (She was the manager at my former apartment complex for seven years.) She keeps the building and grounds neat and tidy. She responds to work orders quickly. She goes out of her way to find and arrange services for us—on-site food bank deliveries and a vaccination clinic, for example. She has a unique combination of property management and social service skills. The apartments are nice, too.

Your manager was my manager before she came to River Place and I totally agree she is the best. Always appreciate her because there is none better. in Reno. I agree they are lovely apartments, I hope to get mine eventually 318 or 319. .

I live at River Place. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live......The manager and maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and quick to get things fixed.. The apartments are very nice inside....For a senior, the bathroom with shower handrails and a spacious tub, are a delight.... the entire complex has the most amazing and beautiful photographic art on all the hallways...The apartments have great access to the Truckee River. I am very glad I was fortunate with my low income level to be able to move into such a nice one bedroom apartment. To me it’s a 5 Star place and a big thumbs up..
