This facility started out so clean, I couldn't believe it! Guess what? It's still the cleanest laundry facility I've ever been in. Beside that, the people are very friendly and helpful. I love it there. (That was then) (This is now) We went there today. The place was packed with customers and they closed down several dryers so they could use them and the customers, as I said before, the place was packed, couldn't. Rolling laundry baskets are in short supply now and there are no plans to replace them. We just may have to start going to another business to do our laundry. Both of us are disabled and need to have a basket to get our laundry from the car to inside and also while we are doing our laundry. They have also removed some of the sitting areas. I'm very disappointed in what's taking place in this business.
