I till this date still have not received my Sons Graduation Pictures October 24 2022 since June 2022.. They never sent me access code, I called they said would provide it, then that they couldn't provide it..They said needed to go in there do it manually.They said were mailed, called back several weeks later, never got them..Oh listen to this called back two weeks after.I got someone new it seemed,then transfered to a gentleman explained the whole situation again..He said would mail them etc..bla bla bla.I then said you are not going to offer a credit or something for this delay..He said will send extra packet..I received a packet not double as he said but not the Graduation Pictures this was just regular school pictures..I called today spoke with Manager..she was rude not polite .not helpful at all thinks she is the owner..I asked to speak with owner said he doesn't know. HE says will look into.this..omg..really your the owner and don't know how to look up pictures ask your Techs..your staff...He says will call back..I will be taking this further..I will contact Better Business or who is in charge of these business..I would never select them for pictures if I was a school or any event, rather use my phone..This is bad service, bad customer service, so unprofessional. !!! Shoob Photography is extremely unprofessional and impossible to reach. I preordered my son’s first grade school pictures, and he came down with a fever before picture day at school; so he had to have his picture taken on the makeup picture day instead. After makeup picture day, I didn’t receive my son’s school pictures; but instead, a link to pay for them - even though I already had. I tried contacting Shoob Photography to rectify the situation, and they are impossible to reach. I called five times and left multiple voicemails, texted the text phone number on their website, and sent an email - all to no avail. I received an email response the following week, asking which picture of my son that I prefer (two were taken on makeup picture day - I assume because my son is half-blinking in one of them, and it needed to be retaken). I sent a screenshot of the proofs that I had received via email after makeup picture day and was VERY clear that I preferred the picture that his eyes were open in. It was the top picture of the two proofs, and I clarified that I prefer the top picture. I never received a response; however, today I received the OPPOSITE picture than the one that I wanted in the mail. There was no room for error on Shoob Photography’s part after my email, and I wholeheartedly believe that this was malicious and deliberate. I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism shown by Shoob Photography, and since I can’t reach them via text, phone, or email; I’ll be taking Monday off work so that I can go to the office in person to rectify this situation once and for all. I hope that I never have to deal with this company again after this experience.

They are so much faster and more helpful than Lifetouch. (I had issues with Lifetouch every year for the past 4 years.) My son took his pictures with Shoob Photography on September 2 and they were delivered to my house on September 17. I did call for the code to get the digital image. They were fast and friendly. They even emailed me my digital image. I am so happy my son's school tried a new photographer!

This photography studio has been a nightmare from the jump. “ORDER EARLY FOR FREE SHIPPING!” Done, then I can’t choose which of the two horrendous faces the photographer caught of my child who doesn’t want a reshoot because of the first horrible experience. I and another family member have tried to initiate contact on every platform available by the company with not a single one of the attempts being returned. The office is too far to make the drive to to handle the issue in person. I don’t know what begging, pleading, and low rate they offered the school but we are definitely getting what they paid for.

i ordered team pictures last year and i still haven’t received them lol
I ordered pics and my account was debited on 11/19. I call on 12/10 to find out where my pictures are and am told they will ship out between today and Monday. So my take is if you don't call, they don't ship. Not to mention that these are retakes from my daughters original school picture, but since they did not ask for the non-acceptable pictures back from my daughter, I had to repay for them.
Shoob Photography provides our schools with FREE school support: awards for the kids, movie night posters, communication to the parents, teacher resources, and so much more I could never list it all. Shoob photography is also a locally owned company, that has served our schools for 100 years, while lifetouch is owned by Shutterfly., a multimillion-dollar company.
Sorry to let you know, you’re never getting them. Just like me and all these other people. They don’t care either.

To view your daughter's pictures 1) Go to shoobphoto.com. 2) Select Purchase Pictures from menu bar. 3) Enter school name, your email address and daughter's student ID number. 4) Select Fall school pictures. Picture, backgrounds and packages will display. Please call the studio at 209 567-0748 if you need student ID number or other help.
