This particular location in Pleasant View is absolutely wonderful. Upon each visit to this location I encountered a young lady that takes such pride in the work she does there. She is always pleasant and professional and would certainly be an asset to any management team, I am speaking of none other than Betsy, she is awesome, in a world where most of the Fast Food industry is often so rude and unprofessional her personality and demeanor make all the difference. Thank you Betsy for make the world a lot brighter one smile at a time.

Upon first glance, this BK had it together then it went downhill. Women’s restroom nasty. Cashier refused to give us receipt so we had no idea our number when called out. We had to clean our own table. And frustrating the blond argued that the Bacon King sandwich had bacon on it when clearly there was none! The Mgr had to step in and save the day, God love her! Three stars was given due that employees did show up and lobby was open to customers.

Being in the service industry for over 20 years, I would say I know a lot about great customer service and what I had tonight was far from that. I had tried this location over 6 months ago and it was terrible. So, my husband and I decided to give them another chance tonight since we are in the process of moving and didn't have time to cook. The only thing I requested was my chicken and fries to be dropped fresh, since the last time I had it, it was trash. They apparently close at 9pm. It was 8:11 and the "MANGER" refused to drop me a fresh chicken stating that the chicken that was cooked was all they were cooking for the rest of the night. I am a General Manger for a chicken restaurant, so I know chicken. Then he requested I not pay. Money is no problem I just want good food. He states he would rather it be free if it's not fresh. I demanded to pay and demanded fresh food. My fries were fresh but it was clear the chicken was way passed its hold time. I did not eat the chicken and I will be returning it for a FRESH sandwich tomorrow. I will be requesting to speak to the General Manger because it's obvious customer service is out the window in this town. I mean who would not want there customers to have a better experience than before. Not Esteban. I will NEVER return here again unless I'm making changes as the new General Manager.

For being extraordinarily short staffed all the time, the kids that show up for work are super stars. The drive thru guy was apologetic for the wait and made sure my order was correct. Thank you for your great workmanship and customer service.

Talk to the manager. The best way to fix something you don't like about your order is make sure to contact that business. Let them know next time what you would prefer, if the problem isn't solved talk to the manager. If it still doesn't get resolved, you should try another fast food business.
