If you go here to get a covid test be prepared to wait past your appointment They say it takes 15 mins results make sure to get up and ask at 15 mins they sure as hell won't let u know the results are sitting on there desk they say it's ur job to ask ! They keep charging for the same visit so make sure to ask for a receipt. Weekend doctor is horrible 4 people in waiting room while doctor is sitting office on her phone. they send u a text kicking u out the system as if you saw the doctor already how was your visit 🙄.i am still sitting waiting 1hr 30 mins waiting.mean time girls at desk don't know what's going on take accountability stop using sorry for the inconvenience.it will continue to happen.

I walked in for a covid test. Sarah there for 3 hours, the doctor was late they said. Then I noticed people were walking in after me and being called. I asked the young lady at the desk if I was still in the system to be seen. She said "oh, they should have called you by now, she must be busy with a parient, go ahead and have a seat." I waited for a few more minutes and they called in 3 more people ahead of me, I got up and walked out. Went to another place on cicero, was in and out in 20 min. I'll never visit this place again.
