The cake was good and very pretty, but they were disorganized throughout the ordering process, and in the end they didn’t deliver a cake stand for the wedding cake that we ordered. In my opinion, it made the cake look sorta silly. We paid a lot of money and felt dissatisfied with their resolution of our rental fee being refunded for the stand itself and nothing else. We asked for more to be refunded( $50) and they said no, a 20% off future order would make it better. I told them I didn’t feel that was substantial enough. They didn’t want to negotiate further. She reminded me that she is refunding me the $20 for the stand. This wasn’t a birthday cake, it’s a huge event and it’s all in the details.

I found these to be very dry the gal that helped us did not greet and or ask to help us and seemed put out that we were there, I know good help is hard to find but this woman clearly does not seem happy to be there.

After taste-testing at several local bakeries, we selected Sugar Jones for my daughters wedding in June and they far-exceeded our expectations! They created the most beautiful cake - exactly what the bride and groom requested and it was delicious! We also had a selection of mini bars and cupcakes for the guests. We followed the recommendations from Sugar Jones and the quantity and dessert selection was perfect! All of our guests are still raving about the cake and desserts and none were left over.
