Its a small but incredibly well kept wooded park with trails and camping. I always feel so isolated from people when I go trail running. Very beautiful place.

There is no posted rule against it. The lake is small. The bayou is a fun paddle. There is a nearby boat launch.
There isn't really any swimming allowed. There are a couple of "lakes" that the bayou has created, but being a portion of the bayou there can be alligators or other present dangers.
