Wish I could give 0 stars because 1 is way more than what this place deserves. My girlfriend has lived here for a year and has had nothing but issues, between the sorry excuse for management and the terrible tenants that they allow to live here. Being a newer construction, and given the price of rent, one would think this would be a decent place to live, but you would be mistaken. The outside of the building has siding coming off, there's always trash in the parking lot, the mowing crew constantly blowing grass and whatever else lays in there way all over your vehicle, the list goes on and on. She has reached out to the office multiple times trying to resolve some of the issues that have risen and they always turn her away claiming there's nothing they can do. Currently the next door neighbor's apartment has a horrible odor coming from it, after they haven't been seen in weeks, which is causing her apartment to smell as well. She yet again spoke to the people in the office explaining the issue and they have yet to do anything to resolve the matter. So if you are looking for a decent place to live, keep driving down the highway.

Walked my dog by there. Had a couple conversations. Nice lawn and relaxing atmosphere. Noone gave me grief about my little dog playing fetch. (Very rare nowadays.) I wouldnt mind living there long term, its a rarity to find peace and quiet on the road lately.
