Loved this park! Not a lot of people. Trails were nice and shady although found lots of trash in areas we hiked. We ended up taking 5 trash bags of trash and an old gas can up and out of trails to help clean it up! We will be going back to this gem!

We did camping at this place. It was an amazing experience. The place is quiet and peaceful. You can explore nearby hiking places and lake. It is worth staying for a night.

Relatively hidden gem for camping & fishing -- don't go there though as I'd like spots to be available when we go.

Nice lake side park with beautiful wildflowers in spring, water & electric connections only with dump site in park. Substantial shelters to cover the picnic tables at every campsite. Small downside is the very limited lakeviews from campsites. Marina available at park with 2 bathhouses & playground as well. If this park is full, there are 3 other similar parks around the lake

Yes, there is bank fishing and a boat ramp
Yes, lot of shoreline and you can go up Willis Creek or the San Gabriel!
There is a fee to camp and of course you need a fishing licence. It has at least 2 boat ramps and there are 3 or more camping areas around the lake. Usually quite busy in spring.
