Great products, friendly staff. Produce is super fresh. My last two trips I needed help getting trail mix from the top row of bulk bins and cheese off the top row in the deli section. Each time I approached Abdullah and asked if he could help me. Each time his face lit up with a friendly smile and he got what I needed. I'm so touched by the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Never once has there been someone unhelpful or condescending to me, which is highly unusual since I'm in a power wheelchair.

Great store, some of the staff need better training with food safety and handling and customer service. While asking the cashier (no name tag, has gauged ear lobes) to please bag my raw meat separately from my fresh vegetables (kale,commonly eaten raw) he only chuckled, "okay? Will do bud".. such great service. Won't be funny when someone gets sick from his carelessness or lack of knowledge..

I shop at sprouts almost every other day of the week and spend a lot of money. I paid my bill in cash and it was over $150, I give the checker 2 100 dollar bills and he tells me are you ok on with getting you change in all $5.00? Do I have a choice? His reply was you got my on a low day. Really?? I know the store has cash in there office . This world has gone to hell!!
