Ghetto! Straight up. Even for Jennings. Dude let’s me sit there knowing my order is up. I see he gives someone the hot and ready that I’m sitting there waiting for. Then gives another one to someone who came after me. So I rush up like, you’ve been calling out orders as they come. Then he tells me I should’ve told him what I ordered. Dude! Nobody else had to. Why should I have to do your job? GTFOH The pizza was good though. It’s just Always a poor experience! 9 times out of 10. Today, I had time to leave a review.

Took 40 minutes to get a pizza! Rap music blurring out into the lobby, workers taking break while lobby was full and cashier couldn't work register.... don't go get Pizza Hut instead!

Absolutely terrible. Gave me the wrong order, instead of correcting the order my only options were to take it or get my money back. I'm a frequent customer of this location. The young lady at the register didn't know exactly what to do so I pointed out what I wanted still wrong. The manager tried to convince me that my order was what I paid for which was not. After requesting a refund , I asked about the refund being back on my debit card I was told "if it's not on there take it up with the bank". They need to be shut down.
