My first time here and in need. The check-in person was really nice. There was an abundance of food items. However, there were 2 workers in 2 different rooms that embarrassed me. I was humiliated because I did grab more than 2 items because I do take care of my senior mom and was yelled at and the food was abrubtly grabbed out of my cart. I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to take more than my share. It was my first time ever coming here. Those 2 people could have been nicer when reprimanding me.

For me personally it is about the best food pantry in Reno. I have visited this place handful of times to get food, and each visit I left with lot of bags of food. The staff are very nice and helpful, which I do believe all of them are volunteers. The line is usually not too long, but even then they give drinks out at time for those who are waiting. It's a great place to know, especially where everything is getting more expensive. For the staff I personally want to say Thank you when I was more at need and God Bless! 😊
