BEWARE if you purchase your normal size but due to product issue it doesn’t fit. You pay shipping TO you and shipping to RETURN. So it will cost you at least $16 just to see if it will work. No more price gouging. Amazon is the gold standard for returns.

I have used this company in December 2020 for the first time. It will be my last and a warning to others. I bought an Apple watch from them as a Christmas/New Year gift for my husband. I did it in a timely manner. The item I received came in later than anticipated but still in time for Christmas. However, upon opening, I realized that they mailed the watch in a completely different color than it was ordered. I contacted their customer service and was told to use an email to communicate about the issue. I did. Then there were series of exchanges with Niki, the Customer Care Specialist. This "specialist" informed me that she needs to get in touch with the vendor "directly" to resolve the issue. I have been forced to constantly check my mail during the most busy time of the year which was an inconvenience. I was still hoping to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Eventually, I was informed that the vendor will not send me the part in the correct color and that I can receive the refund. I went back on the company's site and saw that they continue to advertise this Apple watch in the color I needed. I contacted Nikki again and inquired as to why they cannot exchange my item for the correct color one. I received yet another impersonal and empathy-void response from Niki that it was not possible, without any further explanation to my question. I finally gave up (it was past Christmas time by then) and returned the item, as instructed, by UPS on December 28, 2020. I have not heard from the company in any way, other that receiving their advertisement. I still am awaiting for my refund. I feel that Zulily is not a trustworthy company, with poor customer service. Unlike most other US companies, Zulily does not use updates that inform you on the status of your purchase and/or inquiry. I would not recommend this company for anyone, particularly if you are shopping for a special occasion. It was a good and hard lesson for me. I consider myself to be an experienced shopper. I use many sites that are not US based. However, this experience taught me that some times risk is not worth taking if you are on the time schedule. I would rather pay more but get my money and energy worth with the venues that are deserving them.

Yes...there is a lot to choose from and. We sell clothing for babies, girls, boys, men, women, and plus sizes. Also furniture, cosmetic, Intimate Apparel, we have all kinds of stuff. My mom sent me a gift card on my daughter's email I'm trying to place an order from my phone and it won't allow me. How and where do I put in promotion code for gift card when ordering from my phone?

Do you have an email address associated with Zulily already? You must put in your email and at the check out it should let you select different payment methods. If not, customer service can place the order for you if you call in.
