Went to the Whitehall store with cash to buy a wedding bridal set the guy was a smart Alec that served us I don't know his name. He's assuming he was working and we were just looking because we couldn't possibly afford a ring is exactly how he made us feel. I asked if he had any specials or if there was Any discount for cash he laughed.. I said could you show me what's in our price range which was 2500 and below. He said well there's tags on almost every one of them you can't see them. We left and went and spent 3 grand at Sam's.. kay jewlers missed out on the sale.

Completely dropped the ball on a repair. Sent my chain that was under warranty out for a repair and waited and waited some more. Jewelry was in store the whole time and no one contacted me about the repair, no calls, no emails, no messages then I was put on hold without notice from a clerk named Devon and just left on hold and then when I hung up and called back this gentleman did not apologize or even give me an explanation but was disgustingly rude saying that the jewelry was there and hung up on me. I have paid the balance on my account and will be closing that account to never shop with Kay Jewelers ever again! I wish I could give this disgusting place no stars and unbelievable that they hire rude employees like this

I was excited when I purchased my ring 🌹 however I had to have it resized. I just got it back and now it's too small. The 1st thing I noticed when I walk inside the Kay Jewelers on East Board St (Whitehall) there is a lot of young people working there. The store is not maintained on cleanliness. I've also noticed that they sit around on their phones all days. I've been inside this location 4 times within the last 3 weeks, there is no excitement, employees stay behind the register face down into their cell phones. They don't speak, and they rush you to purchase.

Beautiful, clean store! Everyone is so helpful at this location and they treat you with the respect you deserve. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
