We had a great experience, coming off Bishop Pass and finding the shuttle on time and waiting at the parking area at South Lake, as advertised. Carl the driver was super happy to see us and went out of his way to welcome us onboard and to Bishop. At $7 per person this is a real bargain and a fantastic service by the Transit Authority! Angie the bus Driver who took us from Mammoth Mountain Lodge to Devil’s post pile had no customer service skills. She was extremely rude not only to us but to other passengers on the bus. In all my years of traveling all over the US, I have never met such a rude, sarcastic, disrespectful and impatient person. Ruined my entire day 😡😡
