I wasn’t expecting much and was still disappointed. I’m not sure how I am supposed to trust a doctor who can’t get my name right. Even after I wrote out ALEXANDRA on my forms and had my IDs (That have my name correctly spelled on them) scanned. Yet I STILL have my name in their system as Alexandria. Mail sent to my house handwritten and typed with the wrong first name. If you don’t mind your doctor and the practice as a whole not knowing your correct name and continuously putting the wrong name on all of your paperwork, making it pretty useless, then go here. I like my paperwork matching my correct information, but that’s just me.
