Not at all uncommon here 😠 I'm with you, Jessica. My son needed his follow up shot today and we were late for practice (and picking up his younger brother) because of it. I just called and scheduled for Monday with Premier. I hate to be that way, but we've had it with this place. The Hilliard location is SO much better, but no Saturday hours.
