My Daughter attended the July class and failed the 1st test. August 18th I left work early to make sure that she made it to retake the test and I sat in my vehicle for almost an hour. She came out all excited saying that she passed and they will call her with a behind the wheel date. After I make the full payment of $625 I get an email saying that she needed to retake the test. I emailed them back saying she had already retaken the test on Aug 18th. I even called and spoke with Ernie the instructor that gave her the 2nd test and he said yes she did take it and did pass it. I said so why am I receiving this email. He said it just a generic email and everything should be fine. I get another email saying they've searched for it at 2 different locations and still can't find it and for my Daughter to retake the test. I emailed back you all lost her test or did something with it and won't admit it and no I will not make her retake the test when I had to leave my job early to make sure she retook it then I asked for a refund. I told my Daughter and she cried saying I have to do this all over again somewhere else? Something isn't right about this even with Ernie the instructor taking up for her and I believe it has to do with the 8 to 12 week delay for their behind the wheel driving and if not this just bad business.

My daughter completed the course paid 450.00 and can't get anyone to give her a certificate. THIS IS A SCAM DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING

Hello Seth, Thank you for your question! First thing, your son will need to have obtained a valid temporary permit in order to receive behind-the-wheel training. This would be achieved by first visiting any exam station in Ohio. Our driving instructors do their own scheduling and would contact you or your son directly in order to schedule one or more appointments. Please call our office number, or you may email us through our website, in order for us to obtain your son's name, contact number and residential address (for pick up and drop off service if your son is residing within our service area) and for more information. Hello Missi, and thank you for your question! We require payment in full before we schedule behind-the-wheel training for our teen students who are under the age of 18 years.
The Driving School has been in operation in Butler and Preble Counties for 26 years. We have been operating out of the 5142 Pleasant Ave., Fairfield, OH location for just over 3 years now. The driver education school that previously occupied this same storefront location on Pleasant Avenue was Bee Driving School, then owned by its founder Charles "Mr. B" Bevilacqua, who was the owner-operator of that school since the early 1980s. Charles Bevilacqua is the father of the owner-founder of The Driving School, Lou Bevilacqua. Lou is now in his 31st year as a licensed driving instructor. "Mr B," in his 48th year as a licensed driving instructor, still works for us part time in his semi-retirement and can often be found in the office there at 5142 Pleasant Ave. Stop in sometime when Mr B is there and say "Hello!" We are the same family, spanning two generations and nearly 50 years of driver education.
