Regenerative farming for the win! This place and people are amazing. The owners truly understand the marriage of animals and the land. The care they put into absolutely everything they do is apparent in all of the goods they produce. The meat, dairy, and of course the Gelato can't be beat! It is so nice to see good people putting in the work that is needed to produce some of the highest quality foods ,while caring for the land with the utmost respect to the environment and the animals they raise.
