Customer service department very rude constantly harass you and talk down to you . Kyle is the worst always very smart mouthed , condescending and smug . Kyle is very unprofessional once he's done being rude he just hangs up . He also tries to turn it around and say what's your problem and yells at you loudly on the phone and that he is smartest person in room ( his words)

First time ever purchasing a car through a leasing company and I have nothing but good things to say about this company the one time I was late on my payment they were quick and willing to let me have an extra couple of days and now my car is paid off early with no penalty this place is great can't wait to buy another car through them

No it's not a scam. They work with not great credit. The bad is they are high interest rate. We are paying double with interest. They have no grace period. So if you are a day late they are calling ALOT. Not just you but the people on your reference list. They like to use scare tactics. And they don't want to work with you. We did get behind and I understand we owed the money. They always asked why and when you would explain they would get rude. I can't wait til income taxes we are paying it all off so we don't have to deal with them again. I would rather work with a buy here pay here than them. To me it's not worth the headache.
