I had called another company to get a quote on air duct cleaning and when they called me back, they said they didn't do cleanings but recommended Fresh Air Corp. It was such a breeze scheduling a duct cleaning through Megan -she was very clear with their pricing structure and the process of a cleaning. Because our home was built before 1960, the technicians came to do a preliminary walk-through to make sure there wasn't any exposed asbestos tape (there was, but they gave a great recommendation for an easy way to address it ourselves). The day of cleaning, James and his associate gave us a call, were very prompt, and completed such a thorough clean. I honestly felt like we were all breathing easier that night. Can't recommend Fresh Air Corp enough!

Exceptional service from beginning to end! Megan, the office manager, is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The company is transparent in their pricing and they don't try to up-sell their customers on unnecessary products. The technicians arrived on time and were also very professional. The service took a little over and hour start to finish. The technicians answered our questions throughly. We will definitely recommend Fresh Air Corp to our family and friends. We will use them in the future!!!
