I have lived at this apartment complex since May of 2019. The amenities are really nice, especially the valet trash service. The staff in the front office are accommodating and really nice. Most of the staff even know me by name. Although this is not important to most when looking for a place to live, this adds value to the property, in my opinion. When I moved in, Ariana and Austin were in the office (both really lovely and helpful). Most recently I have noticed that Graham, Jordan, and Melissa have been working in the office. They have all been awesome and really helpful - especially during this pandemic. Picking up my packages from the front office went smoothly and the property kept in constant contact about updates and community guidelines during the mandated shut down. I know that when I have an issue, the staff will respond quickly and make sure that the problem is taken care of - whether it be something as simple as a question all the way to maintenance requests. I am so glad that I found this place in my apartment search last May and have much enjoyed my time here.

Nice apartments, but there is a slight bug issue in some units possibly caused by neighbors. Good area close to many amenities and a main road.

I was over Visiting on March 1st 2022. I unfortunately came in contact with a pretty large rock in the middle of the parking lot. Not to mention the pot holes the size of Venus. When i called about the damage it caused to my vehicle the young lady whom answers the phone in a office... Says " I doubt the rock did that damage" . Ok now she is a mechanic.... 5 weeks go by. No response. I contacted Jessica-She did not call back she had the insurance company call me. This complex is so unprofessional. Not to mention- I will never recommend your complex. Not even to my dog. There are cockroach's as well as they will charge when and wherever they can.....Pool is the worst. If i could give 0 starts I would. Also, Staff is extremely rude. For a better choice of words.
