1st time coming since covid. We came around 2 pm on a Monday afternoon, to pick up a phone we ordered online. We got in and out, in less than 10 minutes. We was only one of two people inside. Only two people was working that I seen. Definitely recommend to place an order and then pick up.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had.I was handed off from one salesman to another, sent out of the office with phones that were not imported with the correct numbers as well as the wrong case.i have reached out to Sam with no real response from him, he was very misleading. I've been dealing with this for 10days as well as paying for 7 lines from 2 different carriers.i only need 3 lines I have been on the phone over 5 hrs with customer service today they transferred me repeatedly and dropped my calls.These are my business lines. STRAIGHT TALK or ANY OTHER CARRIER WOULD BE BETTER.
