This has to be the worst speedway in Columbus. It’s advertised as 24hours, yet the doors are always locked. The employees said they were cleaning and would open back up at 3. Came back at 3:30 and still locked. They then tried to tell my friend that I was with that they open back up at 4 or whenever they’re done and were extremely rude about it. We sat there, waited and watched because the other gas station nearby didn’t have what we needed. I watched the employees stand around and talk for at least 45mi and turn away at least 10 other people. I took a video of them “cleaning” and one of the employees told my friend they would not serve us even after they open. Maybe they would get it done faster if they were actually doing what they’re being paid for instead of standing around. Makes you feel bad for the owners because who knows how many people they turned away and how much money they’re losing because these people don’t want to work.

Work or play they're on the way, the inconvenient stores of Speedway. Their idea of fast and friendly customer service is slow and rude. There is nothing convenient about stopping here.
