I was ok with the wait time thinking my food would be hot well NO this was the worse meal I have ever had and a waste of 20 bucks. Nothing about the two meals was good and BTW coleslaw should be kept in a fridge we didn't have to taste it we could smell it. Never ever again will I eat at Captain D'S.

Awesome pure awesomeness on point the lady was kind and sweet I'd go dack again definitely obviously it's fast food so nothing spectacular on the menu. But the way I was treated you can't teach. That's how you keep customers. Even though she was super busy I didn't feel like I was on her time. She even wanted to give me a drink for my wait. I said your patience and awareness do you thang girl.

It's an ok place it's the only one on columbus East and Northeast side. A new one in the works in whitehall.

Kim , the manager was awesome! , after there was a small incident, and came to our rescue with out of this world service! The food was fresh and hot and tasted great! I will definitely be back!

We have to clean everything in the store and management wants out at a certain time so we have to start cleaning earlier plus we be out the door and and the building busy with 3 people

You want cheap fast food?? If you want quality, the you need to go to a better establishment. May I suggest Red Lobster or better yet the Ocean Club @ Easton.
