Checked in at 7pm it is 315am still waiting on paper work. These folks are ridiculous. They need all new staff. Employees are very rude. Wouldn't five it 1 star if I didn't have too

Driver checked in at 3:00pm for a 5:00pm PU appt and checked out at 01:00am next day. Frozen load, probably the forklift driver was bringing the pallets from Georgia one by one because I don't understand how you can load a trailer in 10h.

I've been here since 1105am. They finally loaded me at 505pm I've been setting with my trailer doors wide open reefer running full blast set to 28 degree.. wasting fuel hat I put in. The People are rude. It's a very unprofessional place.
