I visited AT&T store on S. Range, Denham. Springs yesterday for assistance with my newly purchased phone. Addie was extremely helpful. She possess a very pleasant and can do attitude. I also have visited this store in the past. Every experience has been a very excellent one.

My wife & I visited this location, which we normally go to Central or Denham Springs. I highly suggested not to go here! The manager was very rude (Jasmina) & told me quick to call 611 for assistant because she couldn’t help. Seems like if you not buying anything they can’t help it’s all about the money. She needs to be fired for being unprofessional.

Went in to change a phone number and received horrible service. Covid has allowed these worked to become complacent and just sit around and collect a pay check. Call 611. That’s the response I received. One worker said that I could change number in store but it would be a fee. I was ok with fee. The one who told me to call 611 before trying to help was rude the entire conversation. I felt as though I was bothering her for asking her to do her job.
