5 stars for the TSA pre check qualifications. The guy was quick, knew exactly what he was doing and j was in and out in less than 10 minutes. You do need an appointment for anyone looking to do this in the future. But for 5 years and only costing $85 this isn't a bad deal at all.

Not enough help in the shipping department. I hate waiting ten minutes to ship something when all I need is the associate to scan the ready to ship package. They pretend they don’t see me and continue with there business. I end up getting so frustrated that I call the store and ask to speak with the manager to complain. Most of the time the manager is no where to be found and the phone isn’t answered neither. Solution: Install a bell The shipping process is a lot faster than helping someone on the computer. The associate should excuse themselves from the current customer just for one minute and scan my package so I can go about my business. Don’t keep me there 10 minutes when all I need is a minute of your time.

I called this store 3 times. I wait 10 minutes each time. No one ever answered. I will be calling the main office to complain.
