Had to wait until the employees finish playing x games on the big screen tv to order food for my family. For the last two years the service has gotten sooo bad 😞😞😞😔

The prices are fair and the food is decent, considering everything. Louisiana is not exactly known for its barbecue, so stay near the best barbecue in Louisiana is not exactly the highest bar. The food is still pretty good for the price.

Not sure if this is for the Sherwood location or the Florida location since I visited both locations today - not by choice. So I'll talk about both. The Sherwood location has been a hot mess for quite some time and seems to be going further downhill every time I visit. Today I came to get some BBQ for lunch for the wife and I. It was maybe 15 till noon on this Sunday. As I rolled in towards the drive thru it looked like a couple of employees were standing by the side entrance and one was on the phone outside by the drive thru menu. So I get to the order area. Nothing. Waited for almost 5 minutes still nothing. Still I waited because although this is a long time to wait to order at a drive thru it is not unusual for this place. Still after watching another car waiting behind me i decided to do the same. Probably a good 7 minutes of my life I'll never get back. I don't understand how this place stays in business. On top of that I guess they can't afford to repair their menu board at the drive thru at either location so they have a printed out copy of a menu on a standard size piece of paper so you can't read it from your car. What you can actually read is a big sign that says orders will not be taken at the window so do not drive to the window, lol. What a joke. Unless I know what I'm getting already I have to pull up their menu on my phone. I would really prefer to go to pretty much any other BBQ place but my wife really likes their potato salad for some reason. The Florida location at least has better customer service although today it took 10 minutes of waiting in the drive thru menu before they took my order. I'll give them a pass for that because they at least had an excuse because you could tell they were super busy. least I got BBQ finally.
