First off, the gentleman who checked us in was so nice. It took maybe 5 minutes if that to check in. He tolds us all the information about the hotel. Secondly, our room was so clean. I always check the sheets and mattress everytime, there was no stains or anything at all wrong. Bathrooms were super nice, roomy and clean. The whole experience was wonderful. I will be staying there next time!(Also its only 10 minutes away from Holiday World)

Positive: Staff was excellent. Positive: Close to Holiday World. Positive: Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator were in the room. Negative: Refrigerator had stale food in it that was not cleaned out. Negative: There was a drug capsule of some kind on the floor. Negative: No plastic, glass or paper cups in the bathroom. Negative: No toilet paper roll. Toilet paper was on the sink. Negative: Air conditioner sounded like a Mack truck when it kicked in. Negative: Bed sheet was ripped and this was brought to the attention of the front desk. Negative: Mattress felt like it was filled with stones. Negative: Rug was filthy. Negative: Coffee pods were provided but the there were no coffee cups.

This is a well operated property! The GM Corinne is pleasant and the staff very competent. The pool water was almost comfortable, just a bit cool. Breakfast and good coffee was as expected for a Comfort Inn. The GM was aware of the need for more directional signage to find the entry to the property. It was not easy to get to the Comfort Inn.

If you need to stay in Ferdinand, this is a great place to stay. The room was clean, quiet, front desk very friendly and helpful, and a good hot breakfast including cheese omelettes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles along with the other continental choices. Would definitely stay here again!
